Hosting is the server where the website or system lives and from which it is delivered to visitors. The choice depends on the type of project.

Business websites and landing pages

Sites with static pages are lightweight and can run on simple, inexpensive hosting, with good speed anywhere.

Web systems

Systems with a database, queues and integrations need a server with more resources, usually a cloud virtual server (VPS) set up with Docker and Linux.

Costs

Hosting has a monthly fee that depends on the server resources. It is listed in the proposal, and the hosting account can be in your company’s name.
