With a conversation about the problem and the people who will use the system. Then I define scope, timeline and the simplest solution that actually works.

Every project starts with the problem, not the technology. The goal of the first conversation is to understand what needs to change in your business’s day-to-day.

1. First contact

You can reach me through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. I reply within two business days.

2. Talking through the problem

An online meeting to understand how the process works today, who will use the system, what takes the most effort and what has already been tried.

3. Proposal

With that, I send a proposal with the scope of the first version, timeline, price and delivery stages. If an existing tool would solve it better, I will say so.

4. Development in stages

Once approved, the system is built in stages, with deliveries you follow and review, all the way to launch.
